Safety is our number one priority

Demolition Solutions Tas are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for employees, contractors, clients, customers, and visitors on its sites or that of its clients. This commitment extends to ensuring that the company's operations do not place the local community at risk of injury, illness, property damage. Our commitment will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and suppliers.

Demolition Solutions Tas objective is to work in a manner that minimises dust emissions from the demolition work. This includes but not limited to: Wind-blown dust, cutting paving and concrete, cutting paving and blocks, floor grinding, soft strip demolition and dry sweeping. To comply with the exposure requirement, referenced in the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2022, DST will implement mitigation measures to eliminate all workers and contractors from exposure.

Equipment will be operated properly and efficiently to minimise exhaust emissions. If visible dust occurs, work will stop immediately until the emissions cease. All vacuum and extraction equipment will be updated to the latest HEPA filter standards.
